Terms of Service:
ONLINE PURCHASE. By using any portion or all of a The Creative Concept, Inc. product or service, customer accepts all terms and conditions contained herein.
RETAIL PURCHASE. If you purchased a TCC product or service through an independent retailer or distributor, customer must pursue refund or replacement through the original retailer. TCC does not handle the returns of products or services purchased through independent retailers.
REFUNDS. There are no refunds offered for digital products. If your digital product is defective, a replacement of the same item can be issued upon request, provided that The Creative Concept is notified within 10 days of purchase. Before any new product will be made available, the customer must complete and return a “Replacement Claim Form.”

The subscriber agrees, by requesting and accepting any email newsletter subscription, to indemnify the publisher against false accusations of spam to include, but not limited to, payment of all damages, loss of web hosting fees and services, all damages for loss of business and goodwill, and any and all fees or fines that may be imposed against the publisher by any federal, state, local authority or civilian business entity as a result of the false spam accusation.
All subscriptions will be processed through The Creative Concept.
Replacement of any item is at TCC’s option; certain items may be replaced if an issue is lost in transit (must be replaced with same item). CDs and other tangible products are non-refundable; but may be exchanged for another copy of the same item, subject to the policies noted for downloadable products. Any return shipping charges shall be borne by the customer, unless it is determined that the reason for the exchange is the fault of The Creative Concept.
Tangible goods, such as design elements, logo designs, promotional or marketing services, search engine submissions, etc., may be cancelled; subject to a cancellation fee. If not stated otherwise in client’s contract, the cancellation fee shall be no less than $50.00, and no more than 20% of the cost of the cancelled service, whichever is greater. Client must inform The Creative Concept in writing of their desire to cancel service, and may be required to complete a “Cancellation Request Form”, at TCC’s discretion.
Items such as specialty fonts, stock photos, scripts, shopping carts, and/or customization work is NOT subject to refund, and customer shall be responsible for all costs incurred by TCC. Such products may not be returned; nor are they subject to a refund.
Fraudulent Credit Card Charges or Fraudulent Claims – All requests to negate charges are fully vetted and investigated by The Creative Concept, and may include enlisting the assistance of our legal representation. If it is determined that a fraudulent claim has been made regarding unauthorized card usage, we will report this to the credit card services.
Such reports may result in cancellation of a user’s card services, place negative information on their credit report, and create possible criminal charges that may be filed against the user making the fraudulent claim.
There are absolutely NO CANCELLATIONS of online orders in which an immediate download or access has been given. There are NO EXCEPTIONS to this policy.
The Creative Concept reserves the right to modify our business policies at our discretion, or against any customer we believe is abusing our policies. Any such revision or change will be binding and effective immediately after posting such revision to our corporate web site(s). Users of our products and services agree to be bound by our policies, as noted on our website(s). It is the obligation of the consumer to review our policies prior to making a purchase of any product or service.
