Fashion-Forward: Marketing the Authentic You (Video)

| September 8, 2009

Joel Canfield and Jerry Kennedy — aka the Business Heretics — are two brilliant marketers I connected with last week through the wonders of social media.

In this short video the dynamic duo of Canfield and Kennedy talk about the importance of being genuine in your marketing efforts — and employ a “colorful” example.

For those of you who read the Promo Diva® blog, you’ll immediately know why this video appeals to me, knowing that I have my own fashion eccentricities

Keep an eye out for more great videos from the Business Heretics in the coming weeks — you can visit them online at http://businessheretics.com.

  1. Traci,

It’s so nice to meet someone who thinks like my husband Joel. I read your comments on this video he did and your comments on socks. Joel also has a thing about socks – he wears mis-matched socks. What!? Yes, check them out at littlemissmatched.com.

Thanks Traci for all your support!
    Sue

Thanks for the feedback, Sue. I do appreciate that. When I saw the video today, it spoke to me — primarily because of my love for crazy socks. This has always been a fact that clients have teased me about, because I am by all accounts pretty conservative otherwise.

Must check out that sock site – thanks for the tip!
